Project Poster Project Objectives By analyzing prescription data collected from cooperating pharmacies within the city, this project aims to objectively understand local antibiotic usage patterns and promote appropriate prescribing based on factual evidence, ultimately contributing to the establishment of a high-quality healthcare system. As "medication experts," pharmacists have a mission to ensure patients use medications correctly. Currently, the overuse and excessive prescribing of antibiotics are leading to the global threat of antimicrobial-resistant bacteria—microorganisms that no longer respond to drug treatment. The Himeji Pharmaceutical Association and Himeji City will analyze data collected from local pharmacies to visualize how antibiotics are being used across the region, aiming to improve the quality of healthcare delivery. Implementing Bodies (Three-Party Collaboration) Implementing Body: Himeji Pharmaceutical Association (General Incorporated Association) Technical Support: Pharmo Co., Ltd. (providing cloud infrastructure, etc.) Support: Himeji City (public health guidance, public awareness cooperation, etc.) Implementation Period and Scope In fiscal year 2026, this project will be conducted on a demonstration basis at selected "cooperating pharmacies" that have agreed to participate. Implementation Period: June 2026 to March 2027 (continuation beyond this period subject to separate discussion) Scale: 50 cooperating pharmacies within the city Verification Content: The project will verify whether the collection and analysis of prescription data can be conducted smoothly and securely, and how the analytical results can be effectively utilized in local awareness-raising activities. Project Implementation Method (Data Flow) This project will utilize the secure cloud platform provided by Pharmo Co., Ltd. and proceed as follows: Data Transmission: Cooperating pharmacies will transmit prescription medication data in anonymized form. Strict Anonymization: No
