Guest Profile Yuki Ueda Photographer. Born in Wakayama Prefecture in 1988. After graduating from university, she embarked on a round-the-world trip, visiting 45 countries over a year and a half. Upon returning to Japan, she joined Amna Inc. In 2016, she became a freelance photographer, traveling to extreme and remote locations around the world to deliver unimaginable landscapes to many people. In recent years, her scope of work has expanded to include everything from the 8,000-meter peaks of the Himalayas to underwater scenes and wildlife, and she summited Mt. Everest (8,848m) in 2021.
