CAMPFIRE Inc. (Headquarters: Shibuya-ku, Tokyo; CEO: Shin Nakajima; hereinafter "the Company"), operator of Japan's largest crowdfunding platform "CAMPFIRE", announces the launch of its first new graduate recruitment campaign targeting students planning to join the company from April 2027 onward. As part of this initiative, the company will conduct a four-day fieldwork-based internship in the Noto region of Ishikawa Prefecture in August 2026. ■ Background and Objectives of New Graduate Recruitment In January 2026, the Company refreshed its mission to "Circulate all value, starting with people's aspirations", shifting its focus beyond merely supporting fundraising via crowdfunding to building a business that circulates multifaceted value such as empathy, trust, and community formation. In line with this strategic shift, the Company is launching its first-ever new graduate recruitment as part of a long-term organizational development strategy for the next five to ten years. ■ Reasons for Conducting the Internship in the Noto Region Since the Noto Peninsula earthquake in January 2024, the Company has continuously supported recovery efforts by promoting and funding crowdfunding projects for affected communities. Through this process, the Company has established strong local partnerships, including employee relocation to the region and volunteer activities by staff. During this internship, participants will visit project creators who previously ran crowdfunding campaigns on CAMPFIRE and engage in direct dialogue. Based on on-site research into their current situations and the fundamental challenges facing the region, interns will develop proposals for the Company's ongoing support strategies and present them to local stakeholders and the Company's management team. The four-day field experience aims to deepen understanding of the Company's management philosophy and business operations through direct communication with project owners and partners.
