Short-form video platform TikTok and FIFA today announced the creator correspondents for the FIFA World Cup 2026™. Thirty leading TikTok creators from around the world will share the tournament on TikTok from a creator-led, fan-first perspective. From Japan, Takuya⚽️REGATE Dribble School (@regate_takuya) has been selected. The program is based on TikTok and FIFA’s preferred platform agreement. Through TikTok’s global community of more than one billion monthly users, it aims to broaden audiences, increase discovery of live match broadcasts, and create new opportunities for FIFA media partners, while giving fans deeper access to tournament stories and connecting football fans around the world. The selected creators come from four continents, 11 countries, and 22 cities. Representing football fans across regions, they will bring the tournament’s appeal to audiences worldwide through their own languages, formats, and diverse perspectives.
