Burberry's new campaign, "Escape to the Countryside," marks the first fashion campaign appearance for Moses Martin. He stars alongside Edie Campbell, Nora Attal, and Sun Woo Kim as they embark on a summer road trip, adorned in a collection designed around the theme of escaping the everyday. Daniel Lee, Burberry's Chief Creative Officer, commented, "Road trips are such a quintessentially British pastime. Getting in the car, heading to the countryside, and letting the day unfold. That idea of 'exploration' has always been part of Burberry. Listening to music on a long drive is also one of those travel memories that are made." The campaign depicts friends setting off on an ideal summer day. Leaving the urban landscape behind, they head towards winding country lanes and green hills visible through open car windows, making spontaneous stops in picturesque villages and fields before arriving at their destination: Dean Park, a traditional English manor house in Northamptonshire. Inspired by Burberry's outdoor roots and history of adventure, the "Escape to the Countryside" campaign draws on imagery from the brand's archives to depict an iconic summer adventure. The soundtrack features "For Hire" by Moses Martin's band, People I’ve Met, evoking the freedom and infinite possibilities of a road trip. Burberry's Autumn 2026 collection reinterprets the brand's heritage codes, offering a fresh expression of Britishness. Accessories in the archive beige House Check are designed to transition seamlessly from city to countryside. Styles include the zip tote and bucket bag, as well as the "Primrose" and "Pocket" styles in coated canvas. Cotton piqué polo shirts and check bikinis are essential for the summer season. Outerwear is designed for wear in any weather. The men's mid-length "Rydene" trench coat is crafted from water-repellent cotton gabardine, while the women's "Tylirdine" is a lightweight coat featuring a gathered, flared hem and antique-style hardware.
