Buffalo (headquartered in Chiyoda, Tokyo; CEO Executive President: 牧 寛之) announced that it will expand the lineup of its newly announced enterprise-focused Wi‑Fi 7 tri-band access point, which was previously revealed in a preliminary announcement on November 6, 2025. The newly announced model, WAPM-BETRA, is a low-temperature variant designed for stable operation in cold environments such as gymnasiums, factories, and logistics warehouses during winter. The company plans to offer a total of two models, to be rolled out from autumn 2026. Development is currently underway for release in autumn 2026.
