(Headquarters: Tokyo, President: Kayoko Kondo) will offer "Rock Salt Cider," made by pouring 'Mitsuya Cider' over a lump of rock salt, at "Guruguru Shakashaka," a salt specialty experiential store located in Tokyo Solamachi, from July 11 to the end of September. "Rock Salt Cider" is a new drinking style where 'Mitsuya Cider' is poured into a cup containing rock salt and blended salt, and will be sold for \780 (tax included) per cup. Customers can enjoy a moderate saltiness and the refreshing sensation of carbonation simultaneously. The blended salt is an original blend supervised by salt coordinator Shiho Aoyama, designed to enhance the sweetness of 'Mitsuya Cider.' The rock salt used can also be taken home in a special bag, allowing customers to enjoy the changing flavors by pouring the salt over it at home. In the summer, the need to be mindful of salt intake in addition to hydration increases.
