ANDPAD Inc., operator of the cloud-based construction project management service ANDPAD, announced that it has expanded the integration between ANDPAD Drawing’s “Performance Inspection” function and Kandenko’s measurement record support system “BLuE.” In addition to insulation resistance tests and illuminance inspections, the function now supports outlet testing. ANDPAD has also developed new functionality that allows part of the preparation work for various measurements to be automated with AI, helping improve operational efficiency and traceability in electrical construction. In electrical equipment construction, measurement tasks such as insulation resistance tests and outlet tests are often required for all relevant locations before completion in order to ensure building safety. However, these tasks create heavy workloads because they rely on analog processes such as preparation work, reading out measurement values on-site, recording them by hand on paper, and later transcribing them into spreadsheet software. Preparation is especially burdensome: workers must manually read information for thousands of inspection points from panel diagrams and drawings, then transcribe it into test tables or inspection pins. This work is time-consuming and allows no room for mistakes. ANDPAD has previously provided the ANDPAD Drawing “Performance Inspection” function and supported efficient measurement operations through integration with BLuE. With the latest AI-based preparation automation and expanded support for additional measurement work, ANDPAD enables centralized management of the full inspection workflow for electrical equipment construction, from preparation and measurement to report output, while improving efficiency and traceability. The ANDPAD Drawing “Performance Inspection” function centrally manages preparation, measurement, and report output required for measurement work. The newly added AI-based automatic reading streamlines preparation tasks such as creating te
