As the sub-asset manager, we will work closely with our partners, including Aozora Real Estate Investment Advisors Co., Ltd., who will jointly handle asset management, and Sumitomo Property Management Co., Ltd., who will handle property management, to maximize the asset value and profitability of the target properties.
