Ajinomoto Co., Inc. (President: Shigeo Nakamura; Headquarters: Chuo-ku, Tokyo) has relocated its headquarters office and commenced operations at the new office on July 1, 2026. Towards the realization of the mid-term ASV Management 2030 Roadmap, the company positions human capital, technology, customers, and organizational capabilities as its core strengths. The new office embodies such a "space," serving as a foundation to foster open dialogue across organizations, businesses, and regions, and to achieve co-creation and co-growth with internal and external stakeholders, while supporting employee challenges. Based on the concept that "exercising individuality leads to co-creation and co-growth," the new office features a design that provides experiential value, with concepts such as "Under Deliberation," "Under Resonance," and "Under Trial" for each floor.
