Background and Objectives In our efforts to support careers through AI education, we have received numerous consultations regarding athletes' "dual careers (balancing sports and work)" and their "second careers after retirement." While the period dedicated to athletic pursuits is limited, life continues for many years afterward. Many athletes face anxiety about their post-retirement careers, with a significant number citing "lack of business skills and work experience" as a reason*1. In Japan, approximately 70% of companies cite "lack of literacy and skills" as a challenge in AI utilization*2. As the need for AI utilization grows in team operations and club management, including front office duties, public relations/SNS, and fan data utilization, securing AI/IT personnel is expected to become an even greater challenge. AISEE CONNECT has been developing its AI education business with the aim of enabling individuals who want to work to build careers that suit them by leveraging AI and IT as new strengths, and helping companies find the talent needed in the AI era.
