ABEMA, the “new future television” service, has announced that it will stream every bout of RIZIN LANDMARK 14 in SENDAI live on ABEMA PPV. The event, organized by Japan’s top combat sports promotion RIZIN, will take place on Saturday, June 6, 2026, at Xebio Arena Sendai. Viewing tickets went on sale at noon on Friday, May 15. RIZIN is one of Japan’s premier combat sports events, centered on mixed martial arts while also featuring bouts under kickboxing, standing bout, and grappling rules. The LANDMARK series, launched in October 2021, has gained popularity as an event series focused on cage fights. The main attraction of this event is a RIZIN flyweight title match between champion Hiromasa Ougikubo and Makoto Shinryu. Shinryu delivered a dominant performance at RIZIN LANDMARK 13 in FUKUOKA on April 12, submitting Ngajimuro Zulu in the first round. After the fight, he called out current flyweight champion Ougikubo and challenged him to a title match. Ougikubo entered the cage and fired back, saying he would beat him up in June. The heated rivalry that stunned the arena will now be settled as a title fight, drawing major attention to a high-level clash between two of Japan’s top fighters. The card also features several notable matchups, including Yuki Motoya vs. Tony Laramie, Yusuke Yachi vs. ISAO, and “Black Panther” Beynoah vs. Bilal Kai Haga. Other fighters to watch include Daichi Tomizawa, returning for the first time in roughly six months since last year’s New Year’s Eve event, and Koki Akada, who will make his comeback in his home region of Tohoku. These key bouts in Sendai could have a major impact on the 2026 RIZIN landscape and how it leads into Super RIZIN.5, scheduled for September. Advance tickets are available from noon on Friday, May 15, through 11:59 p.m. on Friday, June 5, priced at 5,500 yen including tax.
