Eternal Materials announced on behalf of its subsidiary, Eternal Special Materials (Zhuhai) Co., Ltd., a major investment plan to expand production capacity. Approved by the Board of Directors on May 14, 2026, the company will construct a new factory (including warehousing, civil engineering, fire protection, and electromechanical systems) and install eight new production lines. The total transaction amount for this capacity expansion project is RMB 259.83 million.
