Ltd., the disposal of 11,059 containers to Amethyst Shipping Corporation for a total transaction amount of USD 30,000,480. The transaction was determined through negotiation based on market prices to meet business needs. This batch of containers is part of a financing sale-and-leaseback transaction, thus no disposal gain is expected.
