(Head Office: Sabae City, Fukui Prefecture, Representative Director: Kiyoshi Sakai), a manufacturer of industrial plastic materials, is pleased to announce that "Mitsuori Onmat," a highly insulating sheet for winter concrete curing manufactured and sold by our company, was registered in the "NETIS (New Technology Information System)" of the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism (MLIT) in May 2026. NETIS Registration Number: CB-260001-A "Mitsuori Onmat" is a highly insulating curing sheet that utilizes the hydration heat generated during concrete hardening while suppressing heat release to the outside air. Its lightweight, sheet-like structure contributes to labor saving and improved workability in winter concrete curing operations. ■ About NETIS Registration NETIS is a database operated by the MLIT for the purpose of sharing and providing information on new technologies. It is used as reference information when considering the utilization of new technologies in public works projects. With this registration, technical information on "Mitsuori Onmat" will be published on NETIS, allowing for broader consideration of its use in construction sites, including public works projects. ■ Three Features of "Mitsuori Onmat" 1. Suppresses Concrete Temperature Drop By covering the curing surface after concrete placement, it suppresses the release of heat generated by the hydration reaction to the outside. It suppresses the temperature drop of concrete in winter and supports the maintenance of an appropriate curing environment. 2. Streamlines Curing Operations with Lightweight Sheet The product is a sheet measuring 1,000mm x 2,000mm and weighs approximately 1kg per sheet. It is lightweight and easy to carry, and can be installed simply by laying it on the curing surfa
