○ The Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries' "Visualization System for Reducing Environmental Impact" has partnered with AGBIOTECH Co., Ltd.'s "BioApp". ○ With BioApp, producers can now obtain the "Mieru Label" more easily than before. The Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries (MAFF) has partnered with AGBIOTECH Co., Ltd.'s "BioApp" (BioApp) as the fourth connection point for the "Visualization System for Reducing Environmental Impact," provided via the Agricultural Data Linkage Infrastructure (WAGRI) API. The "Mieru Label acquisition function" will be available starting July 1, 2026 (Wed). MAFF will continue expanding partnerships with farm management applications and other tools to improve convenience for producers seeking to obtain the "Mieru Label." We encourage you to consider participating in this visualization initiative. 1. Overview The Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries is promoting the "visualization" of farmers' efforts to reduce environmental impacts—such as contributions to greenhouse gas (GHG) reduction and biodiversity conservation—so that consumers can recognize these efforts. The official label nickname is "Mieru Label." The "Visualization System for Reducing Environmental Impact" (hereinafter "the Visualization System") calculates greenhouse gas emissions and absorption during agricultural production and automatically assigns a "Mieru Label" rating and registration number. MAFF developed the system in March 2025 and has provided it since June 2025 as an API on the Agricultural Data Linkage Infrastructure (WAGRI). By connecting farm management applications and similar tools to the Visualization System via API, producers can use their own cultivation data within these applications to calculate GHG emissions and absorption, as well as their contribution rate compared to regional conventional farming practices. Furthermore, producers can also report these calculation results to MAFF directly through the same application
