Arima Communications announced changes to its Audit Committee due to the comprehensive re-election of its board of directors upon term expiration. The new committee members are independent directors Chung Chieh Kuo, Kao Yung-Hao, and newly appointed Su Ching-Shu, effective May 14, 2026.
