RAMEN TECH 2026, Fukuoka Co-Creation Innovation Week, will be held over five days from Wednesday, October 7 to Sunday, October 11, 2026, centered in the Tenjin and Daimyo areas of Fukuoka City. Organized by the RAMEN TECH 2026 Secretariat (Fukuoka City, Zero-Ten Inc., Zero-Ten Park Inc., and Yukan Co., Ltd.) in collaboration with industry, government, and academia from Japan and abroad, the event will co-create "five days of global connection from Fukuoka, Asia’s gateway." In 2025, the event attracted over 12,000 participants (including more than 1,200 from overseas) and hosted over 70 events across the city. In 2026, marking its third year, RAMEN TECH aims to co-create over 100 events under the theme "SLURP UP THE FUTURE." Today, the official website, along with a new logo and key visual, has been launched, and participant registration is now open. In a world accelerating toward efficiency and rationality, we will envision the future through the "bowl of ramen." Background of RAMEN TECH 2026 Since declaring itself a "Startup City" in 2012, Fukuoka City has worked with diverse stakeholders—including startups, investors, large corporations, universities, research institutions, and government bodies—to build a vibrant startup ecosystem. These efforts have fostered an environment that attracts talent and companies striving to create new businesses and innovations. "RAMEN TECH" aims to further develop this ecosystem by expanding
