■Overview Seirei Social Welfare Community (Head Office: Hamamatsu City, Shizuoka Prefecture / Director General: Yoshiharu Aoki / hereinafter "Seirei") has developed the generative AI platform "Seirei AI Portal" with the cooperation of SoftBank Corp. (hereinafter "SoftBank"). This service will be released on July 1, 2026, and aims to create an environment where employees working in all of Seirei's healthcare, medical, welfare, and nursing care fields can utilize AI to improve operational efficiency and service quality, thereby providing better value to patients and users. ■Background and Objectives of Development In recent years, generative AI tools utilizing large language models (LLMs) have rapidly spread, and their application for improving operational efficiency and service quality is progressing in the healthcare domain, including health, medical, welfare, and nursing care. On the other hand, for organizations handling medical and personal information, ensuring security and compliance is essential. Against this backdrop, Seirei, with the cooperation of SoftBank, has developed "Seirei AI Portal," a generative AI platform exclusively for Seirei that achieves both operational efficiency and security.
