Riken Vitamin Co., Ltd. (Head Office: Shinjuku-ku, Tokyo; President: Atsushi Mochizuki) is partnering with Calbee, Inc. (Head Office: Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo; President and CEO: Shin Ebara) to launch the new limited-edition product "Calbee Potato Chips Nori-Shio Flavor Dressing" on August 1, 2026 (Sat). Over 90%*1 of mothers want their children to eat vegetables. On the other hand, many parents struggle with their children's picky eating habits*2. In consumer interviews conducted by our company, we received many comments from parents who are making efforts in their busy daily lives, such as "trying to put potato chips on salad." Against this backdrop, we thought, "Let's recreate the flavor of potato chips in a dressing," and developed this product. Under Calbee's supervision, we have faithfully recreated the deliciousness of Calbee's "Potato Chips Nori-Shio" while creating a dressing that is even more delicious when paired with vegetables.
