Convenient, anytime inquiries The app provides a new communication channel allowing residents to easily submit inquiries about their housing anytime and from any location. Simple smartphone-based document procedures Various housing-related procedures that previously required paper submissions at service counters can now be completed conveniently via smartphone or similar devices.
