The Center has received a cumulative total of over 16,200 consultations from across the country (as of 2025), and in recent years, there has been a significant increase in consultations from individuals who own empty houses in the Kansai area or who live in Kansai and are troubled by empty houses in distant locations. To provide even more localized, prompt, and thorough support for concerns such as "difficult to sell," "unable to reach an agreement on utilization among relatives," and "cannot manage due to distance," we have decided to establish a new consultation base in Osaka. ■ Main Roles and Services of the Osaka Base The new Osaka base will contribute to solving empty house problems in the Kansai area through the following functions: 1.
