In response to a call for cooperation from private facilities, Mr. Mitsumoto, representative of Fureai Salon "Salon Hikari," offered to help the community, leading to the conclusion of this agreement. Salon Hikari is a Fureai Salon started by its representative, Mr. Mitsumoto, utilizing the former Salad Kan Ushimado Branch. This is the first cooling shelter agreement to be concluded with a Fureai Salon in Setouchi City. By increasing the number of designated cooling shelter facilities in more accessible community locations, we aim to create a community where people can spend the hot summer with peace of mind. Moving forward, we will continue to call for cooperation from private facilities for cooling shelters, along with promoting and raising awareness about heatstroke prevention, to ensure that residents can spend their summers safely in Setouchi City.
