Everlight Chemical announced that its Board of Directors has resolved to appoint Yen-Cheng Lee, Director of the R&D Department, to serve as a director on the board of Polytronics Technology Corp. Additionally, the board approved the lifting of the managerial non-compete restriction for Lee during his tenure as a director at Polytronics, effective June 16, 2026.
