Background of Integration with Beds24 In the operations of vacation rentals and apartment hotels, it is not uncommon for cleaning arrangements and progress checks to rely on separate tools or manual methods such as phone calls and LINE, while property, room, and reservation information is managed through PMS (Reservation Management Systems) like Beds24. This creates a double workload of communicating date information such as checkout and next check-in dates, and accommodation details like the number of guests and length of stay, to the cleaning companies being contracted or to the in-house cleaning management. Input errors or delays in reflection can lead to mistakes in cleaning arrangements or delays in guest services. To address this "disconnection between accommodation information and cleaning management," which we believe is directly linked to improving the efficiency and quality of vacation rental and apartment hotel operations, we have now initiated API integration with Beds24. Three Points Achieved Through Integration with Beds24 1 Automatic Integration of Property and Room Information Property and room information registered in Beds24 will be automatically imported into YOHAKU Cleaning Management. Information can be integrated even when multiple rooms (inventory) exist for a single listing. 2 Automatic Acquisition of Reservation Information Reservation information on Beds24 will be automatically reflected in YOHAKU Cleaning Management. New reservations, changes, and cancellations can be immediately understood by YOHAKU Cleaning Management without manual notification. 3 Automatic Acquisition of Length of Stay and Number of Guests The length of stay and number of guests for each reservation can be automatically acquired and utilized for planning cleaning tasks.
