SYNTH Co., Ltd. was founded in 2014 with the concept of "making work styles more efficient, more creative, more stimulating, and more stylish." The company operates 10 service-oriented rental offices under the brand "SYNTH" (hereinafter referred to as "SYNTH") in the Kansai region. This will be their second store in Kyoto, following the directly managed store "SYNTH Business Center Mesh Kyoto Shijo Karasuma" (Location: 8F, Hase Building 2, 3F, 680-1 Omasakacho, Shimogyo-ku, Kyoto City, Kyoto Prefecture), which opened in April 2023. This new facility will be developed as the highest-tier premium series, following "SYNTH x Business-Airport Nishi-Umeda Breezetower," "WORKING SWITCH ELK x SYNTH Kobe Old Foreign Settlement No. 25," and "SYNTH Business Center Yodoyabashi Gate Tower." This facility is a shared office located in an area historically associated with the Naginata Hoko float, which leads the Gion Festival procession. It is designed to reflect the characteristics of the Shijo Karasuma area, the center of Kyoto's economy, where tradition and innovation merge. The design embodies Kyoto as a city where new value and innovation are born, supporting the creative activities of its users. The facility spans two floors with a total floor area of approximately 1,400 square meters and 64 private rooms, making it the largest base in the area and the largest in the series. In addition to a floor layout that allows free mo
