By integrating childcare, staffing, office operations, and career support, we created an environment where mothers raising children could continue working with peace of mind. As a result, over the past 10 years, a total of 637 mothers have been employed, achieving a high re-employment rate of 95.5%. Through 10 years of practice, we have come to understand that "the desire to work is not stopped by individual will, but by a lack of supportive structures for continuation."
