MAIA Co., Ltd. (Head Office: Minato-ku, Tokyo; Representative Director: Yuka Tsukita; hereinafter "MAIA"), which aims to create an environment where women can work as themselves by fostering female digital talent and supporting the digitalization of companies and local governments nationwide, has been entrusted with the "Female Digital Talent Development and Employment Support Services" conducted by Kakegawa City. In collaboration with Forval Corp. (Head Office: Shibuya-ku, Tokyo; Representative Director and President: Masanori Nakajima; Standard Market (Securities Code: 8275); hereinafter "Forval"), MAIA is launching the "Kakegawa Digital Girls Project" to foster female talent active in the digital field within Kakegawa City and promote the realization of diverse working styles. Applications are now open. About the Kakegawa Digital Girls Project The "Kakegawa Digital Girls Project" uses e-learning provided by MAIA to systematically learn the flow of core business operations of companies while using systems. Participants can learn from the basics how to "establish systems to efficiently digitize administrative tasks," making it possible for even IT beginners to take their first step as digital talent without difficulty. This project enhances the utilization of generative AI, which greatly improves operational efficiency, and strengthens Microsoft Office courses essential for business, enabling participants to acquire skills directly applicable to practical work. Furthermore, it offers a broad curriculum that goes beyond IT skills, including important mindsets and business skills for tackling work, and financial training to review one's own values. Upon completion, participants will be able to work in flexible, high-paying roles, such as work-sharing tasks utilizing IT skills, which offer a work style independent of time and location, while reducing anxieties about their abilities and experience. This will be facilitated through job placement referrals. [Collaboratio
