"Digital Joshi+" Official Website: https://digital-joshi.maia.co.jp/ Background and Objectives of the Program Overhaul Through initiatives such as the "Digital Joshi Project" in collaboration with local governments, MAIA has provided many women with opportunities to acquire digital skills and employment. Leveraging this know-how, MAIA has developed "Digital Joshi+" as an e-learning program that can be accessed monthly from anywhere in Japan. In addition to the acceleration of DX in recent years, the rapid spread of generative AI and other factors are making the digital skills demanded by the market increasingly sophisticated and diverse. To respond quickly to these changes, we have decided to update the curriculum. The program will be revamped to better align with market needs and focus on practical learning directly applicable to real-world tasks. Key Points of the Overhaul 1.
