Lib Work Co., Ltd. (head office: Yamaga City, Kumamoto Prefecture; President and Representative Director: Chikara Seguchi; securities code: 1431) announced that it has launched a strategic business partnership with Cocolive Inc. (head office: Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo; Representative Director: Takanobu Yamamoto), together with its wholly owned subsidiary Lib Service Co., Ltd. The partnership aims to promote digital transformation in the housing industry in the AI era. Cocolive provides “KASIKA,” an automated follow-up and sales meeting management tool for the housing and real estate industries. In the housing industry, customer acquisition methods have become increasingly digital through the spread of portal sites, social media, and online advertising. However, sales responses after receiving inquiries often still depend on the experience and skills of individual staff members, creating differences in response speed and follow-up quality that can affect conversion rates. Even when companies introduce follow-up support tools or customer management systems, many fail to establish effective operations and therefore cannot maximize the return on their customer acquisition investments. Lib Work Group has practiced and improved its own processes from digital marketing-driven customer acquisition to sales meetings and contracts. Lib Service has also supported builders and construction companies through businesses such as IP licensing. By partnering with Cocolive, whose “KASIKA” tool has been adopted by approximately 1,200 companies, Lib Work Group will combine its digital customer acquisition and sales expertise in the housing business with Cocolive’s knowledge of post-inquiry follow-up support and sales meeting management. Through this, the companies will promote sales DX support and expand their support platform for builders and construction companies. The partnership will focus on combining Lib Work Group’s digital customer acquisition and sales approach expertise with Cocolive
