(Headquarters: Bunkyo-ku, Tokyo; President: Koki Inoue; hereinafter "Elith"), a company engaged in the research and development of AI products for businesses. In conjunction with this collaboration, GRCS will begin offering the "Shadow AI Countermeasure Total Support Package for Employees" to manage employee AI usage, and will also handle "GENFLUX Security," a tool developed by Elith for visualizing and controlling generative AI usage. While the adoption of generative AI in business operations has been rapidly advancing in recent years, the risk of information leakage due to "Shadow AI"—where employees independently use AI applications that are not understood or permitted by management—has become a problem. Traditional security measures in organizations have been limited to monitoring and controlling "where communication occurs." However, with the use of conversational generative AI, it is extremely important to understand "which service, by whom, and what was input."
