FOODCODE Inc. (Head Office: Bunkyo-ku, Tokyo; President: Ryosuke Nishiyama) will open "TOKYO MIX CURRY Otemachi Conference Center" on July 1st, 2026 (Wednesday). This is a "two-business" store where one establishment operates with two different identities: "TOKYO MIX CURRY" as a custom curry specialty store during the day, and the company's first evening operation, "TMC Spice Bar," at night. By repurposing the mobile ordering and proprietary system developed for lunch operations into the evening service, the store achieves high cost performance, offering curry from 540 yen (594 yen including tax) during the day and tacos from 290 yen (319 yen including tax) at night. Furthermore, to commemorate the opening, highballs will be offered for 99 yen (108 yen including tax). ■ Leveraging Lunch Expertise for Evening Operations The restaurant industry faces significant challenges due to rising operational costs, driven by labor shortages and increasing raw material prices. TOKYO MIX CURRY has expanded its business in the lunch market, centered around a system platform designed and developed in-house for everything from ordering to store operations. Now, the mobile ordering and store operation system, originally built for takeout, has been updated for dine-in use and extended to evening operations. By fully utilizing one store for both day and night, fixed costs are optimized, enabling high cost performance with curry starting from 540 yen (594 yen including tax) during the day and tacos from 290 yen (319 yen including tax) at night. Additionally, by sharing ingredients and systems used in existing businesses, efforts are made to reduce food loss and streamline store operations.
