Our company was selected in recognition of our initiatives in the DX field, recommended by the Kyushu Bureau of Economy, Trade and Industry. The "300 Companies of SMEs and Small Businesses That Shine" is a program that selects SMEs and small businesses that are expected to contribute to the growth of regional and Japanese economies by transforming their businesses and challenging new ventures in response to changes in the socio-economic structure. As a startup originating from the National Institute of Advanced Industrial Science and Technology (AIST), we are working on the social implementation of "Liquid AI Sommelier®," which combines our proprietary diamond manufacturing technology using the hot filament CVD method with diamond electrode sensors and AI analysis technology. Liquid AI Sommelier® is a technology that digitizes information obtained from liquids as "fingerprint information" through electrochemical measurements using diamond electrodes, and supports quality evaluation and difference discrimination through AI analysis. In areas that have traditionally relied on the experience of skilled individuals and sensory evaluation, such as wine and other alcoholic beverages, beverages, food products, and chemicals, we aim to contribute to the acceleration of evaluation processes, improvement of reproducibility, and digitalization of quality control.
