EVeM Inc. (Headquarters: Shinjuku-ku, Tokyo; Representative: Sadayasu Nagamura; hereinafter "EVeM"), a provider of management support services, has begun providing management training to approximately 300 managers at Sharp Corporation (Headquarters: Osaka-shi, Osaka; hereinafter "Sharp"). Background of Implementation Amidst significant societal changes such as the acceleration of the declining birthrate and aging population, and the advent of AI, Sharp formulated its new corporate slogan "Half a Step Ahead of People's Wishes." in 2025 and is working to further permeate its brand value. To embody this slogan throughout the organization in the future, it is crucial for managers who lead members on the front lines to translate this philosophy into their daily management actions. In particular, approximately 300 managers with less than a few years of experience after their promotion to manager are at the core of front-line organizational operations. As they gained experience as managers, Sharp was seeking an opportunity to systematically relearn the skills necessary for member development and team management, and to share them as a common language. In this training, starting with the slogan "Half a Step Ahead of People's Wishes.", a workshop was conducted to verbalize Sharp's unique approach to management. In addition, through group training based on EVeM's proprietary "100 Management Patterns," we are supporting the acquisition of concrete skills that can be practiced in daily management situations. Through this, EVeM is fully supporting Sharp's goal of connecting the values it cherishes to the actions of its management layer and improving the overall management capabilities of the organization.
