The new store will open on July 9, 2026 (Thu). This marks the second store in Shiga Prefecture and the first in the Kosei area. To commemorate the opening of this new store, a pre-opening reception event will be held on July 5, 2026 (Sun) starting at 10:30 AM, offering free ramen to the first 100 customers. "Menya EDITION" opened its flagship store in Kyoto's "Shichijo Station" area, known as a "ramen battleground," on May 1, 2024 (Wed). Since then, it has served approximately 100,000 customers in total over one year (an average of 270 customers per day). The new "Menya EDITION Ogoto Branch" will offer the new "Chicken Salt Clam Ramen," which condenses the flavors of chicken and clams, as well as the popular "Edi-ro" (Jiro-inspired ramen) from the flagship store. Edi-ro Press Release Highlights "Menya EDITION Ogoto Branch," the first store in the Kosei area and the 5th Menya EDITION store, will open. The main product is "Pork Fat Soy Sauce Ramen," a representative Kyoto ramen.
