(Headquarters: Nagoya-shi, Aichi Prefecture; President: Takeshi Tomari), which operates the hair removal salon "Rin Rin" and the men's hair removal & skin management salon "REGULUS ZERO," to offer a special plan for students using "0 Yen Job Hunting." ■ Background of the Project Launch "Concerns about grooming" add to students' burden, in addition to job hunting expenses. Job hunting incurs various costs for students, including transportation, suits, photos, haircuts, and online interview environments. According to a survey by Shushoku Mirai Kenkyujo, the average job hunting expense for students graduating in 2026 is 82,277 yen, indicating that job hunting continues to be a significant financial burden for students. "0 Yen Job Hunting" has so far provided services to alleviate the cost burden of job hunting, including free job hunting consultations, company introductions, interview preparation, suit rentals, transportation support, and hair cut support at salons. On the other hand, in our interactions with over 9,000 students annually, we have increasingly heard the following concerns in recent years: - I want to improve my appearance before interviews. - I lack confidence in my first impression. - I don't know how much I should spend on grooming. - I want to improve myself before becoming a working adult. - I want to approach the selection process with confidence. Furthermore, awareness of first impressions and grooming is increasing in situations where students interact with companies, such as interviews, information sessions, and online select
