Background of "coorum" Adoption Luxury Card has supported the formation of networks among its members by holding member-exclusive events, including the "Social Hour" where members can meet and interact in person, and the "LC Marketplace" for introducing and experiencing members' businesses. In its online community, Luxury Card provides a space where members living across Japan can easily connect through shared values, and post/view topics related to hobbies, business, and experiences using their Luxury Card. To enable members to enjoy these interactions more comfortably online, the decision was made to transition to "coorum" with the aim of reviewing the community's UX/UI and creating an environment that makes posting, replying, and reacting easier. Reasons for Adopting "coorum" The adoption was based on the perceived value of "coorum's" thread-style posting and replying ease, its structured organization of content, and its user-friendly navigation design that makes it easy to find desired information. With this renewal, we aim to create a space where new posts, replies, and likes can be made more casually, allowing members to enjoy exclusive interactions unique to Luxury Card online. For example, a new SNS-style menu centered around photos has been introduced, and search and hashtag functions have been enhanced for more intuitive and smoother posting and viewing.
