This feature allows users to pre-teach the AI with their company's brand information and analytical prerequisites, thereby cultivating an AI that is "company-specific." This feature consists of two components: "Custom Prompts," which set prerequisites tailored to each user and objective, and "Base Prompts," which consistently reflect prerequisites common to the entire project in all AI analyses. Overview of the New "AI Personalization Feature" The "AI Personalization Feature" is a suite of functions designed to cultivate a general-purpose AI into an "AI that understands your company" by pre-teaching it with company-specific prerequisite information. It comprises two components with different scopes of application: "Custom Prompts" and "Base Prompts." By combining both, an environment is created where AI analyses of stable quality can be utilized across the entire organization. Custom Prompts – Prerequisites to be Used According to Objective and Person in Charge This feature allows users to pre-register prerequisite information specific to their company or field of responsibility, such as target users, KPIs, and competitor information, categorized by objective. This eliminates the need to repeat the same explanations every time AI chat or automated reports are used, enabling immediate retrieval of analysis results that consider the company's context. Multiple prompts can be registered and switched according to use case, and they can also be shared within a team. Base Prompts – Common Prerequisites Applied Consistently Across the Entire Project Once administrators set prerequisite information that should always be applied to the entire project, such as brand tone and manda
