PIERRE MARCOLINI JAPAN, operator of the Belgian chocolate brand PIERRE MARCOLINI, announced that it will open “PIERRE MARCOLINI Nagoya HAERA” on Thursday, June 11, 2026. The new directly operated store with a cafe will be located on B1F of HAERA, a new commercial facility in Nagoya’s Sakae area, and will be the brand’s second store in the Tokai region. The 134.2-square-meter store will include a 36-seat cafe space designed as a modern and calm environment. The shop will offer creative Bean to Bar chocolates made in-house from cacao bean selection through roasting and production, as well as baked goods, macarons, ice cream, and other items that reflect Pierre Marcolini’s expertise as a chocolatier, patissier, glacier, and confiseur. The cafe will introduce “Turbine Minute” to the Tokai area for the first time, serving freshly made ice cream at any time, along with parfaits, waffles, and other desserts using the ice cream. To mark the brand’s 25th anniversary in Japan, the Nagoya HAERA store will offer limited items such as “Chocolambule Nishio Matcha au Lait,” a chocolate drink made with Nishio matcha, and “Souffle Fromage au Chocolat,” developed by Pierre Marcolini himself after being inspired by Japanese souffle cheesecake. The latter will also be available through the official online store. The Nagoya HAERA-exclusive “Chocolambule Nishio Matcha au Lait” combines Pierre Marcolini’s signature Chocolambule drink with Nishio matcha, known for its rich depth, umami, and elegant aroma. The result is a special chocolate drink that balances deep chocolate sweetness with the distinctive bitterness of matcha. “Souffle Fromage au Chocolat” adds Pierre Marcolini’s chocolate sensibility to Japanese-style souffle cheesecake. It features a light texture, aromatic cacao, rich cheese flavor, and a layer of chocolate sable on the bottom. Created for the brand’s 25th anniversary year in Japan, it will be sold only at the Nagoya HAERA store and the official online store. PIERRE MARCO
