Comparison Between Two Years Ago and Now: Dramatic Changes Seen in Numbers Two years ago, with the launch of our new system, we embarked on internal reforms with the goal of becoming "a company that is easy to work at and is chosen by employees." The challenge of "prioritizing the site and being unable to take time off," common in specialized construction companies, was a significant hurdle for us as well, and the reality was that it was not easily overcome. However, through reviewing operations, establishing a system for requesting leave, and revising company regulations, we have achieved the following significant improvements: Increase in Paid Leave Acquisition Rate: 46.6% ➡ 72.6% Increase in Number of Annual Holidays: 105 days ➡ 119 days Trend of Annual Holidays at Hazuki Co., Ltd. In two years, our company has significantly increased the number of annual holidays from 105 to 119 days. According to the "2025 Survey on Working Conditions" released by the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare, the average total number of annual holidays for Japanese companies is 116.6 days. Our company's figure of "119 annual holidays" is at a similar level to the average total annual holidays of 118.9 days for large corporations with 1,000 or more employees, ensuring a fulfilling number of holidays close to regular calendar days off.
