This project proposes a new form of stay while inheriting the history and living context that Nihonbashi Hamacho has cultivated over many years. It flourished as a red-light district during the Taisho era and developed as a food distribution hub after the war. Currently, it is an area where living and working coexist, fostering vibrant energy and warm living culture. Yasuda Real Estate Co., Ltd., the owner of this project, has been promoting town development in Nihonbashi Hamacho for many years, working to enhance the town's value through offices, residences, and commercial facilities. As an extension of this effort, this project is not just a standalone real estate development but is being advanced as part of an initiative to enhance the appeal of the entire town. Suisei Inc., which will manage the hotel, views hotels not merely as lodging facilities but as media that mediate "between people," "between people and space," and "between people and culture," and has undertaken multiple hotel developments.
