Regional Design Lab Saitama (President: Takafumi Sonoda, hereinafter "Labtama"), part of the Resona Group, has been commissioned by Saitama Prefecture to undertake the "Touch, Learn, Connect DX Adoption Promotion Project" experiential exhibition and related services. The third exhibition will be held on July 8, 2026, in Kasukabe. Please register in advance via the link below. Experiential DX Exhibition: Touch, Learn, Connect Project Background This project aims to promote the adoption of DX among small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) and small businesses in the prefecture. It supports businesses from the consideration of DX tools to their implementation and establishment through experiential exhibitions and collaboration with related organizations. In recent years, the importance of digital technology has increased due to factors such as improving operational efficiency and addressing labor shortages. However, many SMEs and small businesses face challenges in selecting tools and utilizing them after adoption, indicating that DX is not progressing sufficiently. This project aims to create an environment where businesses can confidently engage in DX by providing opportunities to experience DX tools in simulated daily operations, along with human support and assistance with subsidies. Project Details Experiential DX exhibitions will be held at five locations within Saitama Prefecture. At each venue, participants can experience a wide range of DX tools from approximately 30 companies in fields such as "accounting, public relations, construction management, and production management." Additionally, "mini-seminars" on DX promotion methods and SNS utilization, as well as "consultation services" on the prefecture's support programs and subsidy utilization, will be offered.
