(Headquarters: Funabashi City, Chiba Prefecture, President: Tsuyoshi Tanemura), which operates the Chiba-specific job site 'Chiba Cari,' conducted a survey on the reality and awareness of job change activities targeting 533 job seekers aged 22-49 residing in Chiba Prefecture. The survey investigated reasons for job changes, conditions prioritized when choosing where to apply, methods used for job searching, AI utilization status, and preferences regarding industry/job type of the next workplace.
