Since Q1 2022, the figure has been calculated based on the number of companies served in order to more clearly reflect actual transaction activity. Surpassing 7,000 companies less than six months after reaching 6,000 Since its founding in August 2015, ONE CAREER has operated a career data platform business that provides students, job seekers, and companies with data related to career and job selection. Through its job-hunting support and new graduate recruitment service ONE CAREER, as well as its career-change support and mid-career recruitment service ONE CAREER Tenshoku, the company has worked to make opaque career data more transparent and reduce mismatches in career choices. As a result of these efforts, the company’s cumulative number of client companies has grown rapidly, recording a significant year-on-year increase of 46.9% in Q1 of fiscal year 2026. Momentum has continued to accelerate, and by the end of April 2026 the company reached 7,000 client companies in less than six months, or about five months, after surpassing 6,000 at the end of November 2025. The growth was driven by stronger regional expansion through the enlargement of local offices in Nagoya, Osaka, and Fukuoka; a focus on specific industries and job categories; and platform activation through the development and release of generative AI-powered features, including ES no Tatsujin for supporting application essay creation, Shutore for AI interview preparation, and the recently launched job-hunting-focused chat AI ONE CAREER AI. The company has also strengthened collaboration with government bodies, enabling recruitment support with greater social impact.
