LOGOS CORPORATION (Headquarters: Suminoe-ku, Osaka; President and CEO: Shigeki Shibata), which develops the outdoor brand "LOGOS," will offer six limited-time menu items using ingredients from Kochi Prefecture, such as yuzu, ginger, bonito, Shimanto pork, and Shimanto chicken, at 10 LOGOS Cafe, BBQ Stadium, and Restaurant locations nationwide, under the title "Kochi Fair." This initiative is based on the "Agreement on Cooperation and Collaboration for the Promotion of Regional Revitalization in Kochi Prefecture" concluded with Kochi Prefecture in April 2023. This fair is being held in accordance with the "Utilization of Kochi Prefecture Ingredients at LOGOS Cafes and Restaurants" listed as a cooperative item in the "Agreement on Cooperation and Collaboration for the Promotion of Regional Revitalization in Kochi Prefecture." We will promote the appeal of Kochi Prefecture ingredients at six LOGOS Cafe locations nationwide, including "LOGOS PARK Kochi Susaki," an outdoor facility operated by LOGOS in Kochi Prefecture. This time, for the first time, we will also hold the fair simultaneously at three BBQ Stadium locations and one restaurant. The menu offered at LOGOS Cafe will include three items: "Yuzu Shave Ice Soft," "Ginger Mocktail," and "Bonito Dashi Potatoes." All of these items use yuzu, ginger, and bonito from Kochi Prefecture, bringing out the unique flavors of each ingredient. At BBQ Stadium, we will offer two dishes: "Shimanto Pork Skewers" and "Shimanto Chicken Breast Toro Ajillo." These dishes use Shimanto pork and Shimanto chicken, ingredients from Kochi Prefecture, allowing customers to enjoy the appeal of each ingredient. Additionally, a "Kochi Fair Flavor Change Set" will be available exclusively for those who order the target menu items. This set includes three types of condiments: "Sodabushi Dashi Salted Chili Peppers," "Yuzu Salt," and "Bushukan Salt Paste," allowing for a variety of flavor changes. The restaurant will offer the "Bonito Katsu Burger.
