■ Origin of Paocrepes Paocrepes originated from a crepe handmade by a mother who ran a coffee shop for her child. Though an expert cook who could make any dessert from scratch, she didn't know how to roll crepe batter into a triangle, so she wrapped it into a square shape instead. Paocrepes Milk recreates that mother's unique recipe, offering a square-shaped crepe. This heartwarming dessert was named "Paocrepes" after the Chinese word "Bao," meaning "to wrap." Since then, Paocrepes has been cherished for nearly 30 years as an everyday treat that brings small joys to daily life, under the concept of "better than extraordinary—ordinary life." The signature feature of Paocrepes is its soft, fluffy, and chewy texture. Using a proprietary blend of specially formulated flour processed with a unique method, each crepe is generously filled with cream and carefully hand-wrapped one by one. "Slightly frozen, with a nice icy crunch—it's delicious." We learned that some customers were enhancing their Paocrepes experience by adding a simple step: freezing. Though innovative, a similar food is actually quite familiar. Do you remember eating frozen crepes at school lunch when you were young? Those flat, omelet-shaped frozen crepes? We're sure many of you looked forward to those rare treats during childhood. We thought: if we, with decades of crepe expertise, were to create something like this, we could make a truly wonderful dessert. Driven by this idea and eager to innovate, we began developing the Gelato Crepe—born from customer insights, a completely new sensory dessert experience. ■ Gelato Crepes by Paocrepes We've wrapped cold gelato in our signature chewy crepe.
