Pepper Lunch, operated by Hot Palette Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Koto Ward, Tokyo; President and CEO: Takashi Ikeno), will begin offering eco-conscious takeout containers "Eco Teppan" at its stores worldwide starting July 4 (Sat). In recent years, addressing environmental issues such as global warming has become increasingly important for realizing a sustainable society. As a global brand, Pepper Lunch, which operates stores worldwide, will engage in activities aimed at reducing environmental impact, with stores in various countries and regions participating. "Eco Teppan" is a takeout container made from bagasse material, designed to resemble Pepper Lunch's signature sizzling plates. It is expected to maintain a temperature of approximately 50°C for 20 minutes. This heat retention is anticipated to reduce the need for reheating in microwave ovens at home, thereby contributing to reduced energy consumption. Furthermore, the design of the container, mimicking the sizzling plate, allows customers to enjoy the deliciousness and dining experience of Beef Pepper Rice at home, as if they were eating from the restaurant's sizzling plate. Please enjoy this special dining experience. This initiative will also involve our franchise partners, with Pepper Lunch stores in countries and regions around the world uniting to address environmental impact reduction. For information on participating franchise companies, please refer to the list on our official website. Pepper Lunch will continue to contribute to the realization of a sustainable society by challenging new possibilities. * "Eco Teppan" is microwave-safe for home use. > ◆Eligible Products: Beef Pepper Rice (all sizes) ordered for takeout * Dine-in orders are not eligible for this campaign. * Delivery is available at select stores only. ◆Start Date: July 4, 2026 (Sat) onwards ◆Participating Stores: All Pepper Lunch and Pepper Lunch PLUS stores in Japan Stores in various countries and regions will also participate. * Some stor
