■ Overview Busicom Co., Ltd. (Head Office: Shinjuku-ku, Tokyo, Representative Director: Hiroshi Nakamachi, hereinafter referred to as Busicom) has acquired the software copyright and trademark rights for "1,2, no San Choku" (1,2, Direct Sales) held by NTT East Corporation (hereinafter referred to as NTT East) as of June 30, 2026, and has fully migrated and integrated them into Busicom's cloud system. ■ Background of Rights Transfer and System Integration "1,2, no San Choku" is a system equipped with essential functions for direct sales store operations, such as producer management, label issuance, sales aggregation, and settlement processing. Since its launch in October 2005, it has been widely used as regional infrastructure. With this rights transfer, all the direct sales customization functions cultivated to date will be directly integrated and consolidated into Busicom's advanced cloud environment. This will enable more flexible and speedy development and updates in response to the rapidly changing market environment and DX needs. Furthermore, this system has already gained high trust and extensive achievements in the market. It boasts a track record of collaboration with over 50 stores, including major direct sales stores and roadside stations that support regional agriculture, as well as numerous integrations with POS systems from major manufacturers. While providing existing customers with the same stable environment as before, we will strengthen cooperation not only with Busicom's POS registers but also with POS registers from other companies in the future.
