Dream Planning Co., Ltd. conducted a survey among 353 individuals interested in real estate regarding their resistance to living in urbanization control areas. The results showed that approximately 74.7% of respondents feel some level of reluctance, primarily citing concerns such as 'inability to live without a car', 'difficulties during old age', and 'inconvenient commuting'. Conversely, 25.2% expressed no resistance, valuing the quiet environment and spacious land, highlighting a polarization in housing values between convenience and natural surroundings.
