(Headquarters: Shibuya-ku, Tokyo, Representative Director: Yasushi Kawabata, hereinafter "J Plus International") effective September 1, 2026, and will change its company name to "J Plus International Co., Ltd.". The Ebisu branch in Shibuya-ku, Tokyo will continue to operate as the Tokyo base and will continue business as usual. Purpose of this Merger and Company Name Change On the eve of our 60th anniversary, we are refreshing our company name as a significant step towards our next growth phase.
